To those who have stated that the casing breaks easily, I say it's not necessary to put a lot of weight on the Power Paw, let the suction and the rolling brush do the work. And if your vac doesn't have enough suction to make the roller spin, you need a better vacuum. Also make sure that the air flow control on the hose is closed off to maximize suction. I use the Power Paw on my stairs to pick up the nap in the carpet, since we all know this high traffic area flattens really quickly. It freshens the tread up nicely.
